Pastoral Staff

  Lead Pastor
Joe Couch
Pastor Joe has been a pastor since 1994, where he started in Jonesboro, Arkansas; he has served as a youth pastor, evangelist/missions pastor, and lead pastor. His passion is knowing Jesus Christ and the Word of God; he lives to tell the world and equip the church to tell the world of the good news of eternal life through Jesus Christ the Lord.

Pastor Joe has led evangelistic mission teams, preached in churches and in the open-air, led pastors’ conferences, and equipped the church to proclaim the gospel of Christ throughout the United States and around the world.

Pastor Joe has been married to his lovely wife, Ruth, since 1996, and has 4 children, Mary-Catherine, Luke, Mark and Caleb. He loves being with his family, being in the outdoors, and coaching trap shooting. He also loves Razorback basketball and trying to catch armadillos.
NextGen Pastor
Larry Goodman
Larry, his wife Amber and their 3 children, Blaze, Adalind and Caspian, began going to Marion Grace(which would later become Grace Community Fellowship) in July of 2021. Larry has been on multiple mission trips with the church and began helping with the youth in 2024. In 2025, he transitioned from 17 years of retail management into full time ministry as the NextGen Pastor with Grace Community Fellowship.

Family is number one for Larry, and he loves spending time and going on adventures with them. Outside of that, he really enjoys sports, outdoors, the Smokey Mountains, and traveling to new places.
Associate Pastor
Reed Rideout
Pastor Reed grew up in West Virginia and left to serve our country in the U.S. Army.  Since then, he has served in various ministries since 2008. He has served as a Biblical Counselor, Men's Discipleship Leader, Men's Pastor, on staff with Man in the Mirror Ministries and Associate Pastor. His passion is showing others how to practically walk with Jesus Christ through the Word of God.

Pastor Reed has led several men's bible studies, mens' retreats and conferences, as well as training churches and Pastors in growing and sustaining their ministry to men. His favorite Bible passages are Philippians 1:6 & 2 Corinthians 5:21.

Pastor Reed is married to his wife, Melissa, and has 2 children, Olivia, Riley and Kelcey (daughter-in-law), as well as 2 grandchildren, Hudson and Greyson. He loves being with his family, being in the outdoors, and coaching trap shooting. He also really enjoys mission trips, fly fishing, shotgun sports and trying to trap the elusive snipe.

Elders

Dale Claes
Dale and his wife Carol have been active at Marion Grace and now at Grace Community
Fellowship for over 40 years. They have served the church in many capacities over that time.

They have three married sons and six grandchildren. Dale has served the Marion community for 50 years as a physical therapist. He is active with Joni and Friends (JAF), an international ministry to disabled individuals around the world. He has served on many short term mission trips to developing countries with Wheels for the World, one of the ministries of Joni and Friends.

He also enjoys family, travel, music and watching sports.
    Bob Gliem
Bob and his wife Regina have been members with the church since 1984, having been founding members of Marion Grace. They have been married for 39 years and have three grown daughters.

They enjoy their grandchildren and are anticipating wonderful years to come. Bob grows a large garden and keeps bees, but especially enjoys reading, building and hopes to get back to fishing soon.
Tom Dumit
Tom has been an Elder with GCF since November 2023. Tom and his wife Sharon were baptized in the summer of 1982 at the Community of Believers Church in Bristol Connecticut.

Over the years and through his and Sharon’s travels due to his job transfers, they have served in 5 different churches in various roles. They have been involved as Youth Group Leaders, Marriage and Individual Counsellors. Tom also served as an Elder for 13 years at Northgate Church and Life Group leadership both at Northgate and North Hills Church in Greenville SC.

Tom and Sharon have 3 adopted children and have been active in Foster Care. Tom’s business background was in the restaurant industry for nearly 50 years. He served in many capacities including restaurant operations, overseeing Human Resource Departments and business owner. He has also acted as a consultant to business owners. He is happily retired from the restaurant industry.

Sharon earned her degree in Special Education and been serving for the last 20+ years as a Kindergarten Teacher at Polaris Grace and currently at Delaware Christian School.

Support Staff

  Worship Director
    Ruth Couch
Ruth has served alongside her husband in full time ministry for almost 30 years. Currently, she serves as the Worship Administrator of Grace Community Fellowship under the care and instruction of her husband, the lead Pastor, and our board of elders. We have a team of proficient and experienced musicians and vocalists who love to worship the Lord. The vision and goal of the Worship Team is to glorify and exalt the name of the Lord Jesus Christ through our music, testify of the gospel of our Lord, and to sing the praises of our great God together.  
Ruth has led mission teams alongside her husband, launched women's ministries, led women's conferences on international mission trips, served in children's ministry, and coordinated outreach events.

Ruth has been married to Pastor Joe since August of 1996.  They have four children together: Mary-Catherine (married to our son-in-law Colton Weber), Luke, Mark, and Caleb.  She loves spending time with her family and friends, traveling, hiking, and mission trips.  Her passion is the Lord Jesus Christ! He is her Rock and Salvation, the Redeemer and Rescuer of her life.  She longs to serve Him with a full heart and surrendered life and share His love with others.

     Administrative Assistant
      Terra Hadden
Terra Hadden has always loved the Lord, and been involved with church. She has a heart for kids and family ministries. She has taught Sunday school, helped coordinate VBS, and was the hospitality coordinator for a local MOPS international outreach group. Terra's college nutrition degree became part of her ministry as she mentored teen moms who chose life for their unexpected pregnancies, providing nutrition counseling, for healthy pregnancies, and babies. She has a heart for serving, encouraging and building community. Terra has been the director of Shalom homeschool co-op since 2018, here at GCF.

Terra has been married to her beloved husband Isaac since 1997. They have 3 children, Liam, Mikayla and Julia. She enjoys time with her family, playing games, visiting local parks, and relaxing at the shores of Lake Erie. Her hobbies include nature observing, gardening, cooking and watercolor painting. Her favorite Bible passage is Psalm 139.
